Yitzhak Hagag is the Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Hagag Development Europe, as well as Co-founder and Chairman of Hagag Group in Israel. A visionary leader, he defines excellence through a rare combination of strategic rigor and entrepreneurial intuition.

With a strong academic background in Law and Administration, complemented by a Master’s degree in the legal field, and over two decades of experience across international real estate markets, he has consistently transformed opportunities into benchmarks of development. His expertise goes beyond identifying potential, reflecting a remarkable ability to anticipate trends and leverage the dynamics of emerging economies.

Guided by a clear vision for niche real estate developments, Yitzhak Hagag recognized early the potential of the European market.

In this context, Bucharest emerged as a strategic destination. In early 2017, Hagag Development Europe entered the Romanian market, rapidly evolving into one of the most active and relevant investors and developers in the local real estate sector, with a distinctive portfolio and architectural footprint.
